Primary purification: Drilling Fluid Shale Shaker, secondary purification: vacuum deaerator, three-stage purification: desander, four-stage purification: Solids Control System Desilter, five-stage purification: centrifuge.
There are also jet mixing devices, agitators, mud tanks, mud guns, etc. in the mud solid control equipment. When the system is supplied to the user, all valves are closed. In use, the user must follow the following operating procedures:
First, after the mud purification system arrives at the site, the user places, connects, installs, and supplies according to the site conditions. Since the equipment is only part of the drilling fluid purification cycle, its primary responsibility is to purify, formulate, and partially store the drilling fluid. After the user connects the equipment to the rig outlet of the rig, a slurry tank or mud tank must be provided to store more mud to provide sufficient drilling fluid to the rig.
Again, each accessory device uses a separate start and shutdown without interference. Users can use any solid control equipment depending on the drilling fluid. Once the drilling fluid is supplied and the drilling fluid supply is normal, the system will work properly. It should be noted that when using the mixing funnel, the feeding butterfly valve should be closed first, and the pressure drilling fluid is normally discharged from the outlet before the feeding butterfly valve is opened for feeding operation. The weighting funnel is a swirling type. When feeding, the funnel should be continuously fed to prevent backing. If the discharge is not smooth or the blockage occurs, the feeding operation should be reduced or stopped, and the failure caused by other solid control equipment should be eliminated in time.
When the drilling fluid shaker is stopped, it should be rinsed off with clean water immediately. It is strictly forbidden to use metal tools to remove cuttings on the screen. Before starting the mud mixer, first check if there is enough oil in the gearbox, and add it according to the regulations. When performing sand cleaning work or high pressure mud circulation, first open the jet line valve and then open the upstream line main valve. When stopping, close the main valve and then close the jet line valve to prevent the high pressure from being closed in the jet line.
