The ZJ3000 mud tank system finished the third party inspection and prepared to shiped to South Africa country. And the next order is under production. The mud tank system mainly inclde 5 sets of 500bbl mud tanks, shale shakers, agitators, centrifugal pump and ect. 

The mud tanks cleaning system is built together of different components according to your needs. It is not desirable to extract too many particles from the drilling mud because it means that the mud must be added to more weight material before returning to the well. There is a difference in how the cleaning system looks and what accessories are used from rig to rig.

On the mud tanks for installing the solids control equipment on, there always have the walkways and handrails. The walkways provide enough space for the operator to walk around the equipment for operation and maintenance. Intermediate tank is a type buffering tank, part of this tank is for mud recycling, and other parts are used for mud storage. Operators can easily tell how many compartment in this tank.
