Bottom shaker screen is the screen of desander, desilter or mud cleaner shaker. It is optional for desander or desilter.

For drilling mud desander or desilter, the bottom shaker can be configured on or not per clients’ preference. If there is no shaker, the discharge slide channel will be configured on.

The bottom shaker can be small one with ends tensioned below screen surface. Or the bottom shaker can be common model Hunter series with large screen area.

So, the screens are available on composite frame screen, steel frame screen, plastic back bonded screen, steel back hook strip screen. Unbonded screen will be supplied per certain requirement

Shaker on mud cleaners

We call mud conditioner as mud cleaner as well. It is combined with shale shaker, desander cone, desilter cone. Some clients will call desander or desilter as cleaner as well.

Bottom shaker and bottom shaker screen will provide finer separation on drilling fluid discharged from hydrocyclones. Furthermore, after bottom shaker screen process, the drilling mud will be drier than cones separation.

On mud cleaners, the bottom shale shakers can be linear motion, or BEM, or circular.

More options for bottom screen

For other options of bottom shaker screen are also available. Such as wedge wire mesh screen panel; the polyurethane shaker screen, etcetera. Polyurethane screens can be framed or just hook strip type.

Size and color are customizable as well. Such as, mesh size is from 10mesh to 400 mesh, or opening is from 1.5mm to 0.0375mm. Color can be red, orange, yellow, green, gray, and so on. The hole pattern or punched plate hole shape are customizable as well. However, suggested ones are more suitable or proper for clients operation
