The HDD mud system include a double deck Mud Cleaner, jet mud mixer, centrifugal pump, and a Solid Control System Mud Tank.

Installation and Commissioning

1.Join the inlet opening of drilling fluid mixing jet mixer using the outlet pipe of sand pump, and the jopper socket contributes to drilling mud tank.

2. 6″flanges should be utilized at inlet and outlet.

3. Base plate of the hopper should be fixed tightly.

4. The hopper shouldn't be equipped too high, since the higher, the less of blending capacity.

5. The sand pump used here should fit with the mixing jet mixer.
