Jet mud mixer is a special equipment to prepare and increase the drilling fluids weight by adding and mixing bentonite, change the fluid density, change the mud density, viscosity, and dehydration. 

DC Solid control got a small order of 6 sets jet mud mixer from India clients. The model is DCSLH150-45 matched with SB6 x5-13-45kW centrifugal pumps. It has the advantages of simple structure, and strong feasibility.

The jet mud mixer comprises a pump and a jet pipe valve connected with the hopper which is installed on a base. Safe and reliable performance, convenient transportation. Increase the funnel and centrifugal pump can be combined and split between the funnel and the pump installation, aggravated by pipe valve connection. 

At the same time also can be made according to customer requirements of double jet mixing device. Double jet mud mixer consists of two units and two sets of injection pump hopper, which can meet the requirement of large mixing.
