Hydrocyclone Desilter

As we all know, shale shaker, desander, desitler are the three main drilling mud treating equipment and can remove solids from 100 microns, 75 microns, and 55 microns separately. GN desander is a shaker fixed with 10 inch cyclones, and GN desitler is a shaker mounted with 4 inch cyclones, to meet the demand of using in offshore drilling platform, GN drilling mud desander and desilter are designed in a DNV lifting complied frame so they can move safely and conveniently.  
These 3 sets drilling mud desanders and desitlers are all linear motion type, driven by 2 units OLI vibrators. To keep the machine from weariness, GN Solids Control uses PPG painting to protect the shaker, 3 layers are painted, different position has different thickness. 

All shaker screens are provided by GN Solids Control as well, GN Solids Control builds composite frame screens which are last longer than the traditional metal frame ones.
