HDD mud recycling system always contains shale shaker, desander cyclone, desilter cyclone, decanter centrifuge, mud tank, mud agitator, mud gun, transfer pump,electric control system,mud tank and ect. The shaker screen mesh size will depending on a shaker performance for mud flow and drilling mud separation at different mud requirement.

DC Solid control provides the compact design for 200GPM, 350GPM, 500GPM, 800GPM, 1000GPM, 1500GPM, 2000GPM mud flow as well as desander mud plant (50 100 200 M3 H) for HDD.

1. Compact design with minimum foot print. Combination of screening, desanding and desilting, which save more place and easy for transportation and small footprint.
2. All equipments on tank top will sit on tank while local transport moving to allow fast moving and installation from jobsite to jobsite. Handrail and walkway can be folded on tank top or tank side.
3. Self clean mud tank or V type mud tank for easy cleaning, each mud tank compartment installed a clean gate with butterfly valve.
4. Skid Mounted or Trailer Mounted or Hydraulic Jack Up mud recycling Tanks available for your options.
