3.Emergency service: For clients in China within 1000Km distance, engineers will arriving working site within 48 hours after receiving report. Beyond 1000Km distance, Engineers will arriving working site within 72 hours.

4. For foreign clients; According to clients demand; DC Engineers will leave for the working site ASAP or provide long-distance service, and finish trouble shooting. Spare parts supply: DC Has set up some stocks and service offices. DC will keep enlarging branches, and keep spare parts available in stock for soonest supply to customers and best service.
